OfflineIt has been a while since I've been on the site and I must say that looking at some old posts it reminds me of how great and positive everyone is on this site.....good to be back....
This year I took a 2 month leave from my engineering job to take my wife and 3 kids to Southeast Asia for an absolutely amazing trip and it was only possible because of our cash flowing real estate portfolio! Keep at it
Our most recent acquisition was 2 buildings with total of 7 units from an older couple my wife met at the garage. They were willing to carry 10% owner financing and also added an addendum to provide %10 back at closing for misc repairs which allowed us to acquire with none of our own money!
Our goal this year is to enter into real estate full time and turn up the volume....
Since we started on this site in 2009 we now own 41 rental units and we will double this number in 2 years....writing in this post is a way to commit and put it out there..
