I found a property that is well below the fair market value. I also have potential buyers that are interested in the property. I want to know what contracts I need to sign with the seller and what contracts with the buyer. Please help,the sooner the better because I already submitted my offers and were accepted. Thank You

Look in his book "Profits from real estate now" well I know that you have to sign the Real Estate purchase Agreement for the buyer and the seller. You can get the contracts on this site.

Look under Forms and Docs for Assignment of Contract form. The signed offer that you have with the seller is your purchase contract. Submit all paperwork to Escrow Company. They will execute the details of the contract and the assignment agreement.
