DEAL#1 FOR YOU and deal # 5 for me

I have been reading the new book since I got it last week and I am ready to make my first deal. I have read other courses before but I love they way Dean and Matt explains everything. I am very motivated. I went to hang some flyers today and I went to the trifshop to hang one and the lady ask me what it was all about, so I explain to her that I am bying and selling houses and she ended up telling me what she was doing during the last few months trying to buy a house for her daughter but she got only prequalify for less than the home asking price. She said the house is under foreclosure. She also mentioned that she is also interested on another home that is going trought foreclosure, so I told her I can get them on those houses other ways besides going to the banks. Any how I left and went to see the houses and they have a lot of potential to make my first deals. I left all motivated because right them I realized why I am doing this and that is to help people liked them have their dream homes. In doing that I will accomplish my goals of becoming a real state millionare. I researched a bunch of killers deals on craiglist this morning and came across a lots of buyers needing different properties. I was mainly looking for buyers so I can do some assigments, but I just need a little help right now in closing my first deal. I cant affor to enroll on the academy but that is not stoping me to get there. I just need some liked you to help me out or better yet let me duplicate you. I've been doing that since I am reading the books. I just need some one to support me in doing the first deal.
