I stumbled upon a site "allworldprivatefunding.com" , that for a small monthly fee to list your ad to lenders, you attract investors from all over the world. check it out.
And as for God, I recently struck up a companionship with Him again after years of being away.

Comps 30 and 60, sf, overall estimation of repairs, avg days on market, pics if possible, HVAC/Elec/Roof/Insul/Plumb/Foudation Inspestions. If the overall comps and repairs make sense to over value the property and undercut the market, there is a deal there all day long. Anywhere USA.
