Anybody want to work together on some deals in NY/NJ

All,

I have accumulated a few hundred cash buyers but now have run into the issue of not having any properties to present to them. Does anybody who has locked up a few properties want to work on a deal together? Please let me know if you're interested.

I know a RE agent in NYC that may have some properties. He does commercial as well as residential. His properties are prices below retail. If you are interested post me here.
