Just closed on my first flip

Hello to all the dg family,
I have been following this website for a while now and just been reading everything that everyone has been sharing has been great. I would like to share with everyone that I purchased a 4 bedroom 2 bath house for 80k and put 45k into and when I finished it sold it in 7 days for 151k. I just closed on it last Friday and it was a great feeling. I also purchased a 5 bedroom 2.5 baths house in Dekalb right across the street from the college. I paid 50k and put 50k into it was appraised for 155k and they are giving me a loan for 116k which I will be getting about 16k back at closing and a possitive cash flow of $600/month. Should be closing on this one at the end of October. So thanks to everyone out there that keeps me inspired and makes me want to achieve more each week.
