ANOTHER DEAL !!!!

ANOTHER DEAL !!!!

Just SOLIDIFIED another deal.!!!!!! Just SOLD. ANOTHER single family home and made a family AN OWNER FOR THE FIRT TIME and.......put $5000 in my pocket TODAY...$500 in the mailbox EVERY MNTH........AND 8% INTEREST ON A sale price of $38,000.....with a balloon payment in 5 yrs............
and to top it off ...I added to my buyers list by leaving my FOR SALE.....RENT TO OWN SIGN ....on the property...even after it is sold for a few days to collect buyers!!!!!!!. I have 4 properties yet to close on in the coming weeks hat I already have potential buyers on just from this strategy! !!!!!
wow I LUV THIS REI GAME ........ESP WHEN I KEEP STUDYING HOW TO PLAY IT BETTER! !!

YOU HAVE SOME GOOD POINTS AND I WOULD LIKE TO RE STATE .....ANYONE SHOULD LEARN MORE ABOUT NOTES AS THESE R A GREAT AVENUE TO WEALTH !!!.AS FOR THE DEAL AT HAND ...I PURCHASED IT WITH A LINE OF CREDIT.....OTHER PEOPLES MONEY ...OPM......AND SOLD ON A LAND CONTRACT.....THE BUYER DEFAULTED AND I JUST SOLD IT FOR THE second time !!!. i have used some of the other strategies you mentioned with success though .there r MANY MANY WAYS to profit with real estate .....i would suggest for the new investor to master one strategy and dot get info overload.....then repeat it over and over then move on to another strategy to master ......dont be a jack of all and master of NONE !!!!! AT LEAST NOT IN REI !!! I HAVE LEARNED THIS IN OTHER AREAS OF LIFE !!!!

Thanks for the info and valuable tip..........the lease option with the stipulation for the option buyer to pay the taxes and insurance...is by far the best.....if u can use it in your state ........because u get the tax advantage and ALL THE OTHER ADVATAGES...........no HEADACHES.of paying taxes.insurance.maintenance......just collect the. Heck.....!!!! And another happy homeowner!!!!Smiling Smiling
