OfflineHi everyone ! I'm new to the Dean Graziosi Academy. I've got about 2 months under my belt of going to the free seminar, the 3 day workshop, 1 boots on the ground and just became a member of the Inner Circle ! So you know I'm studying and learning a lot! But I still don't know enough to do an assignment deal on my own. It takes time right. Well, not a lot of time...like 2 or 3 months. But I learn by doing. So I'm very excited about getting out there and doing it ! I'm going on my first one on one this coming week. I can definitely say that since I started I know a huge amount more than I did 2 small months ago...I can't help thinking how much I'll know 12 months from now. Yes !!!!!!! I can't wait ! I've already read 30 days to fast cash, and I'm reading Profit from Real Estate Right Now.....now. So I'm on my way. To every one out there...Just do it. I totally believe in The Dean Graziosi Education system...he not only makes the education available but he also makes sure that we get taken by the hand and shown how to do it. do it. do it.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me the proper link to craigslist, buyers? The book tells you to go to the real estate services section to find buyers? I went into every real estate section, am I just looking at any buyers? Am I looking for adds from buyer? I don't think I'm looking in the right place? Help?

you may want to fill out some info on your profile so that other investors here can know a little about you, and network with you...
You don't have to read every book, manual, etc. before you start taking action. If you read the section of the book where it says how to write your Bandit Signs, where to place them, etc. Do it! Go out and place 25 yellow bandit signs!
Get your business cards and attend a rei club in your area; talk other investors, exchange business cards...
