I'm getting overwhelmed with trying to follow what I am suppost to be doing? Read two different books? stay focused on the assignments? And the websites? What do I follow first?
Buyers list !! I suggest sticking with "assignments" you have little risk and its a good place to start your real estate journey. Take in little at a time, whatever you can handle is fine.
Keep asking questions on this site its full of helpful people.

It's been awhile, but I'm still plugging on!!! Haven't gotten too far though. I've tried Matt's faxing intro letters to agents, but I've only gotten one response. I have to get over myself and make the calls, but excuse #1, I have no privacy in my own home, so I'm uncomfortable. Anyways I am getting listings, I just don't think there the good ones? But am I just suppose to be familiarizing myself with, and keep work the book?
