In the example presented on the book on pages 134 and 135 about making the offer something was missing. Maybe is a missprint or let me know if I am wrong. If we are going to use Mats 25:1 system I think we should take into account the comission we are paying to our Star agent, Right? Or else my profits, according to the example couldnt be $5000. What percentage are we paying to the agent? Is that taken automaticly from somewhere else?

Well if it is a house that is on the MLS, the realtor will get the realtors commission (from the seller) off the sale of the house.
They get anywhere from as little as 2% and some as much as 7%...depending on what she/he has worked out with their broker.
Now dealing with a FSBo you will want to keep your realtors commission in mind when figuring what profit you want to make. Hope this helps.
