Does anyone know of a free program to keep track of costs? I thought I'd ask before driving myself crazy trying to conjur one up using excel.

Go to the list of forums and look under Property Rehab:Fixer-Upper,look for Invement Deal Analyzer.Its a software I got for free and just posted it 3 days ago,It will tell you what your holding cost would be ,repair cost and a estimate of what your profit would be from the deal.You can download it to your computer,I wanted to share it with all DG Family,its a great tool.
