Inspection Form

Does anyone have a detailed, easy to read, property inspection form I could copy? I have googled "property inspection forms" but can't find one I like. I would type one out for myself but it would take me forever. Or, if anyone knows where I can get one. I don't like the one on this site for lack of detail.

property inspection form

I could really use this too. Later this week I’m going to look at my first house of my new real estate investment business. I know the house needs work, I’m going there with my contractor but a check list would be a big help!
