First of all thanks for sharing this great tool - I have been trying to use but can't seem to run the macros (hud information)
could you shed some light on how to fix this.

You have to change the security to run the macros, I just read it, but didn't do it

Go back to the threads on rehabbing and look for the Investment Deal Anylizer
and open it up and save to file.This is another software tool I out on here,works better than the other one.
