I have been looking for other cash out refi lenders in the area but haven't found anything yet. Can anyone let me know if they know any good honest cash out refi lender that lend in Maryland.

My suggestion would be to contact a small local bank or credit union. They usually will have competitive programs, and some great in house products. In addition, they usually do in house lending, which means you won't be forced to deal with getting an approval from someone who lives half way across the country.
