Thanks Dean and DG family for helping me learn these strategies that allowed us to buy this rental property and give a hand up to some people that really need it! This off market triplex had not been lived in for 20+ years and we remodeled it, created homes for people, and helped clean up the neighborhood!
REI is not just amount making money its amount helping others and giving back!!!

it's very rewarding when you do something for others and it benefits everyone! It's not always easy as you probably know, but not everyone can do what we've learned from Dean. We create jobs, renovate dilapidated houses, and provide homes for people and families... nice job!
