Most of the big name home improvement centers are where you will find your best bargain prices as a contractor/investor. You'll find there prices are hard to beat because they buy in greater volume. As far as appliances I wold go to where they negotiate. Like PC Richard and Sons. They have special appliance they sell mostly to investors/landlords and contractors. Sears scratch and dents and floor models locations. They also service what they sell. Much success..........Lubertha

you might waant to see if there are stores or wharehouses in your area. I live in Arizona and there is a wharehouse where they have tons of stuff that cotractors dont use like cabinets doors sinks pretty much anything you can think of at a great discount. example I have a rental and the tenants that left broke a door in my bathroom cabinets. i went to several places to get an exact door made to match what i had and it was like buying a whole new piece of furniture after a run around i found this store and it was the exact same piece of furniture that was in my house and they let me go in take off one door that i needed and paid $15.00 for it great deal. best wat to describe is like a junk yard but for houses you find what you need and take what you want from it. they have great things there tubs showers tile pretty much what you can think of.
Check out a local big company if there are any near you that sell in bulk. And check out big name brand stores like home depot.
