1st. agent i called !!!!

1st. agent i called !!!!

hi family, well the first agent i called i got the green light and preparing the e-mail for the three jobs i need him to do.the conversation went so well i moved on by asking him to send me listings however he did tell me the price range of houses selling, the area in which they are buying and good report on starter homes being bought in certain area.Nevertheless to really make my day,he told me that there are all kinds of deals on the market to make money[dean is right].For the record i want to share exactly what i said to the receptionist{might get some brownie points}I said:I am an investor and i would like to speak with a young, willing, motivated, wanting to make money agent do you have anybody in the office that fits that description? Her response was laughing and then she connected me to the agent.Hopfully we create a good relationship and get busy making money. If not..move on to the next because i'm not through.

RE agent

Hello Look,
I called a Keller Williams and a Re Max office in my area. Dean said they are both founded by investors and are usually more investor friendly than other broker houses. I got the name of the manager for each office off the Internet and called them both to ask for a knowledgeable, experienced agent. I left messages for both with the basic criteria of what I was looking for. Re Max never called me back. Keller Williams had an agent call me back that is an investor himself and it has been a good fit ever since. I know I was fortunate to make a great connection so quickly but if you go to the right brokerage house and ask to speak to the office mgr. and ask the right questions, it should not take too long to find an agent. And if this one for any reason doesn't work out, then I'll move on and locate another one. I know in this market most agents are hungry for business. I like them hungry.

list from agent

I had a nice talk with a Keller Williams agent that also does investing him self.
three weeks later I'm still waiting for the list I have contacted him about it and says he will have it to me soon.
I'm a little confused about the list. is the list just properties bought with cash or the name of the cash buyer?

little properties

My Keller Williams told me that there is absolutely no way she could give me a list of cash buyers in the last 90 days. I did a little more research and called her back and said that I meant to ask for a list of properties that were cash sales in the last 90 days. She replied that she could do that right away. It's appears that it is all how you ask. Not CASH BUYERS, but properties that were cash sales.
I hope that helped.

Les

@litte properties, I would

@litte properties, I would suggest finding a new agent...someone that won't waste your time. The list is usually of properties bought with cash. You would then need to look up the properties at your county accessor's website. Good luck Smiling

DG website more available

Just wanted to send out a big THANK YOU to DG for expanding access to the main website. It is clearly working a lot better now.
Ever since I purchased the RBBP program I got somewhat frustrated for not having access to the site because of the heavy traffic. And since the program is very interactive, access is vital.

Thank you again for making the improvements!
