OfflineI purchased many of Dean's books and have just started learning about the RBB. The problem I'm having is that I'm worried that I'm too far away to do any of this work. I'm all the way in Vancouver B.C, Canada, and the houses here on average are about one million dollars. It seems to me that most of the success is from the States, and that is where I want to start investing. Is it impossible to invest in Real Estate from where I am in the States?

I don't know the legalities about purchasing in the states when you live in Canada. An attorney can probably help with that or maybe an accountant.
What I do know is that the system should be able to work anywhere. All your doing is finding houses that are cheaper than the ones around it and finding people who want to buy them. If there's people who want million dollar houses in your area, and there's people who want to sell them for cheap, you should be good to go.
I don't know how it works up there or if you have a system like the MLS, but if you can, I would find an agent who can bring up all the houses that were bought in the last 90 days for cash, or even just were bought period in the last 90 days. It would give you some insight as to your market up there.

You will not be buying the properties, you will assign them to investors; if the houses sell for 1M, go out and find one for 700K, lock it up, and assign to a buyer for 720K (20K is your fee); but before you go out and look for properties, you need to build your buyers list...
I know there are investors there too! you just have to go out there and find them!
