I want to know if I sign up for the 3 day workshop, will I get access to investors with cash who will fund deals for me? This was mentioned at the seminar.
I do not have any money to invest in homes, so this is really important for me to find out.

You will not get access to investors that will "fund" your deals for over 48 hours. You will get access to a transactional funding company that will fund your double closing where you must have your own buyer in place first.
They will show you how to build your own buyers and investor list and you might meet some one with money there.
You don't need money to invest. Wholesaling is the way to do it. It requires knowing the market that you are investing in and having real buyers on your list. NO three day training can do this for you, they can only show you the way. ALL the hard work will be your responsibility. There is NO MAGIC training or webinar!!
They WILL try and sell you advanced coaching.

The seminars help you to further understand and to provide you with additional training and support, but you will still need to do the work. You can speed up your trip with some of the training, but it is all up to you really to learn and make things happen. There is no magic pill, just hard work to get where you want to go. This board and the books can provide the means to get you there. Wholesaling is the way to start without money, or you can be a birddog. Look these two terms up if you need more on the subject!
