I tried to contact customer service about this but they will not answer my question. They keep telling me to watch the videos or confuse sellers with buyers. I have to confirm the problem with everyone else.... and make sure I'm not going crazy and that this actually does not add up...
Here it is:
In the marketing library, under the lead pipes section there is a box for CASH BUYERS that has 4 postcards and 3 letters. This is supposed to be marketing that you send to cash buyers... I assume this because:
1. In the training A2 at 56:56 through 59:10 he covers the marketing library (yeah, it's that short). in it he glosses over the lead pipes section by saying: "we have marketing materials for sellers, buyers, for private lenders, for our lead pipes OR CASH BUYERS, and then we have a gourmet section."
2. The files you save from that section are entitled: Cash Buyers postcard I.doc - IV.doc and Cash Buyers Letter I.doc - III.doc
However, the actual content of these postcards and letters are marketing that you send to sellers...
Am I missing something here? The lead pipes give you people who have purchased properties for cash and you send them marketing saying you want to buy their home for cash??? (I know it's not supposed to work like that, that's the reason for this post)
I'm pretty sure this should be marketing you send to cash buyers to get them to call you or send them to a squeeze page or you main site to sign up for your buyers list....
Can anyone confirm this discrepancy?
If this is not an error, please explain why it is not. It sure looks like an error to me.
Other than that this tool is great! I downloaded a CSV of the buyers in the area I want to start and am all ready to print out letters to them... I just don't have the letters. (once you save the cash buyer from the list it gives you their address of record to send stuff to as well as the address they purchased).
If this doesn't get resolved soon I'll make my own up of course, but I was wondering how everyone is marketing themselves to these cash buyers already since these letters provided are obviously of no help. Anyone care to share their letter to these cash buyers or bullet points they try to hit?

I've Notice None of The Lead pipes in the section Have E-mail Addresses Available for anyone to send them E-mail's because I was on my SLF site last night & was just Posting away thinking I was E-mailing buyers & notice that I wasn't sending anything out ............LOL . I'm like how are we suppose to contact these leads if we can't send out e-mail to them .
To address your question regarding cash buyer letters; We will have these seller letters replaced early next week. It seems the letters located under the marketing tab/lead pipes/cash buyers is pulling up the incorrect files. We will surely have this take care of in a timely manner and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Thanks!
I tried calling too but got the same thing and it was a customer service person who referred me to a site to buy SFL all over again and I tried to explain to her that I already had it purchased and needed help with the lead pipes thing.
She then referred me to the the video that we already received via email. So I called my success academy coach and I have to say that even though they have nothing to do with SFL the coach that I talked to was more than happy to try to help me.
I am hopeing that this will change soon. I am very confused in the marketing as well. the letters and postcards directed for buyers where more for somthing else.

Anybody that buys properties for cash is probably not buying a "home" but buying properties for investment purposes. These are cash buyers that might be looking to buy more properties for cash. You don't contact them to buy their home, you contact them to see if they want to buy more investment properties. These people are the cash buyers you're looking for. I dunno. Dont have SFL. I wont buy a car if it doesn't start. I'm watchin the SFL threads to see how she runs.

These are pulled from public records. the email address is not required or even asked for when you buy a house... These leads you either have to research for a related phone number and cold call them or send out letters to get them to take action and add themselves to your buyer list
The great! I knew something was off. The CS number I called from the FAQ wasn't helpful at all... they didn't even take the time to look in the tool, they just kept repeating some canned answers from a script
I"ve never even been able to access the cash buyers list and I joined on day 1. I've been told the current cash buyers list is being replaced.

I have to say I am a little unhappy with certain aspects of the SFL system. I also have joined since the first and don't yet have access to a cash buyers list. I was told this would be fixed within 2 weeks time. That was over a month ago. AS you all know, alot can happen in one month. Is anyone else frustrated by this, or just me??
I would like to know if there's a way to print the buyer's list instead of saving it?
any ideas? thanks!

I'm sure after you export the data as a CSV file you can open it in a spreadsheet or other format and you would be able to print it from there

So you cannot go into the marketing section and access the lead pipes link to select two counties from which the system will pull those cash buyers?
