The Start of Success, Working on completing Our first Deal

Hello Everybody, My name is Gary and I'm 1/2 of the partnership with My fellow Brooklynite Jeffrey.

We are proud to announce that We have currently an assignment deal in progress with a motivated seller.

The details are as follow, Our motivated seller wants to sell her house asap so she and her two sons can move to NC and start something fresh out there. That's fine with Us Ms.Motivated Seller and We will do Our best to help you get closer to making your vision a real life thing.

Jeff and I are working with Ms.Motivated seller to flip her 4bd. 2.5bth 2,001sqft Home w/ backyard and second floor deck, which was built in 1899.

This deal is great because fully rehabed this house can sell for $550,000(FMV), We are selling the house as is which allows whoever the buyer is to make a nice profit off a flip or provide a nice monthly rent income. This is a true blessing for Us as young fresh Real Estate Investors and We will do Our best to close this deal and have everybody walk awy from the closing with a smile on there face and money in there posession.

We are trying to make sure this whole process is done step by step the legal way and We want to make sure We use valid Purchase of Sale Agreement and Assignment contracts for Our state (NY), This is something We can use some of Our new fellow DG'ers help on. We have an outline of the Purchase of Sale Agreement and Assignment contracts but We are not sure if these copies are valid to make this NYC sale legal.

Any Help along the way would be greatly appreciated and We will continue to stay active in Real Estate Investing and hope to share Success along the way.

Congratulations about your first assignment deal! How did things go? your post was back in September, so I'm assuming that it is a done deal. Did everything go ok? How much did you get paid on the deal?

I hope everything worked out. The contracts that are on this site under "Forms and Docs" work in every state. Normally you will use a "state" approved purchase contract to make your offer.
