OfflineOk i bought this house 3/1 in ohio back in Jan for 9k and had my guy do the work and stated that we would split the profit when sold. He placed a tenant buyer in place on a lease to own contract which I just mailed. Here's the deal...$600 per month with 2k down. I had them put a $200 pet deposit and a $700 security deposit down as well just in case they move out before they own it. They will pay 600 per month for 6 years which adds up to 43,200. After I pay insurance and taxes I will clear 38k. Not bad on a 9k investment. People do these in your self directed ira and it's tax free for life...That's a real retirement...
