OfflineClosed on a home on Nov. 27, 2012 for a price of $4,500. Did restoration at a cost of about $24,000. Sold the properties on contract Jan. 15, 2013, for $58,000 at 8% interest. We are in the process of purchasing the home next to it for $600.00. There are deals out there if you look for them.

Great job! You are so right! There are deals out there but you do have to not only find them but CREATE them. The market is changing - you have to get creative and most importantly - make offers, make offers, make offers
