Hi there,
I was curious to know if investors are having any difficulties making contact with either foreclosed on property owners or people owed monies from tax lien sale overages?
I know there are a lot of free sites out there that provide basic information, such as next of kin and of course public records being available throughout the country in many states. Are basic cheap 'click here, pay here' sites providing up to date, good contact info?
Thanks to all, interested to hear some responses.

those pay sites can really give some great information. However when I try to track people I usually try myself before I ever pay for it.
So you can go to public records yourself and try to track them down.
I have used county public records, police records, voting records and social networks to find them. Sometimes I just never find them but I am able to track down most people.
It can take a little practice and skill but is useful in my opinion.
Good luck!!
Eric.............you are the best.
