This is a list that you can use to determine on a calender when to focus on certain states.
When to look at the Lien states for the annual sale and when you can sort through the leftover, seconds, over the counter and county held properties.
When to focus on the Deed sales that are upcoming and which ones are online (this list of growing each year)
When states offer both, liens and deeds.
Use this to plan your time, when I first got started I had a desktop calender that I would write in the dates of the upcoming sales so I could plan were to spend my time that would net me the best results for my time spent.

I wanted to make sure people had access to the information that helped me with my success. This helped me get organized so that I could have my time to learn, research and purchase......For a bit I honestly did not think I had time for all three.
Finally was able to get it to work, downloaded a viewer from Microsoft and it worked like a champ!
Glad you were able to view it and hopefully use it to your advantage.....
These dates as I stated can be great for organizing when you are looking at properties. When to gather your investors money to be able to have it in time for the auctions and sales, Some counties want a deposit 4 weeks in advance.
Right now there are deeds being auctioned off through the counties in MI at www.tax-sale.info- Even if you choose not to bid, it is a great way to practice evaluating what you would pay for the property.
Ive invested in tax liens in quite a bit of states
but honestly most of the liens I have purchased have been between 3 states
Arizona , Florida & Colorado
The reasons why is
They all have online sales
They all have OTC sales
and when they have their yearly sales is perfectly spacced to keep me busy all year
AZ sales in Jan-Feb then their OTC will keep me busy for months
FL sales in May-June then their OTC will keep me busy for months
CO sales Oct-Dec then they have OTC as well
