Tax lien investors

I am interested in putting together several limited partnerships for the express purpose of raising capital to invest in tax liens. Can anyone tell me if there are any securities regulations, or any other regulations that would hinder such a venture. I am in Florida, but will be soliciting, and buying nationwide.

regarding the securities part of your question

Yes, there are some securities related issues, and you should consult with an attorney who specializes in securities law.
