ORDER NOT RECEIVED

Hello Everyone,
I ordered the "Think A Little Different" package on 12/8/08 through this website and PayPal. I have not received the package as As of 1/5/09. I have called the customer service number but nobody answers the calls. I have left messages and sent e-mails, but nobody responds. I'm frustrated. Is this for real or a scam?
What are your suggestions?

First of All

Hey Guys, Before you get all in a tizzy, realize that there are NO SCAMS here.
All of us on this site are REI's and here to help anyone, who asks for it. So, I have heard your call for help and I will offer this number for you to make a call on your TALD programs. Try 800-860-8068 for a customer service contact. Or you each have the option to PM dgadmin and ask about your courses thru PM's(private messages thru this site only) Again, this is the top REI site in the world. Take some time and read some posts about the success stories here.
Also I am thinking the the site was pretty crazy with orders during Christmas, so it may take a few days more. Use the number I have listed or the PM option. Good Luck....Jan

I do apologize but I forgot to update this thread. I actually called the number suggested here and the customer service dpt. was very helpful. I did receive the order. Thanks again!
