Books...DVD's...Where to begin?

From what I have read, it looks like all of Dean's products and tools are great. I get the feeling that he puts his heart and soul into his teachings and he truly does want ALL of his students to achieve success beyond their wildest dreams. I just acquired the "Think a Little Different" program and the "Gain the Edge 2009" DVD set. This evening I ordered Dean's newest book. Although I am looking forward to reading, watching and absorbing everything, what do you experienced Graziosi-ites recommend that I begin with? I know that my success will depend on the work that I put in to my investment business, but which of the tools will get me on the fast track to success? I'm not looking for a quick fix or any short cuts, just a suggestion on where to begin.

Assignmets

I`m interested in starting my real estate investing business doing assignments. I think that would be my best way of getting started. Is there anyone on here that could give me a hint of filling out an assignment contract.I live in a medium sized city and most homes are valued less than $200k. There are a few communities in our city that have homes valued more than $200k but the majority are below that. I think I could find quite a few good deals here but need help.

On the left of the page is doc's and forms. There is a assignment agreement in there...Its pretty self explanatory, hope this helps

Books...DVD's...Where to begin?

Hello Walter,

It's a lot of info...just take it a little each day; remember, "Slow & steady wins the race." We all learn/absorb at a different pace, none of us learned what we know "over-nite" so if you keep at it (be persistent) you'll do just fine. The main thing is you made a decission/committment and you are now taking ACTION. I wish you TONS of $UCCE$$!

Now go help people solve their problem and when you've helped enough of them solve their problem you'll be FILTHY STINKING RICH!

John and Mike

It's funny that you mention to go help people solve their problems because when you do, you will become rich. I have to run to work soon, but one of my goals this weekend is to start my journal. I have had a journal in my head for quite some time, but I really need to document my thoughts, feelings and actions so I can reflect on them as well as chart my progress (or lack of). I always believed that the mission of any successful business should be to somehow help people. If you have an unselfish mission statement, the money will follow. Look at DG. I just watched the first DVD of Gain the Edge '09 and his 7 Layers Deep exercise brought chills down my spine. As I was listening, I found that what drives him is very similar to what fuels me. I want to be financially stable and even comfortable not for selfish reasons, but because I like to teach and I want to be able to help everyone that I care about be able to experience the joy of financial freedom. I want to have the time to volunteer more with some of the charitable organizations that are near and dear to my heart. I want to know that I am making a difference in this world, even if it’s to just one person.

Thank you both for the encouragement and advice. I hope to keep in touch with you and many other members of the DG community throughout my journey.
