county records and deliquent tax search?

I found almost 70 thousand delinquent records to a tune of almost 10 billion dollars, however it looks like I need name and parcel number to look it up online? Calling is not always good where I live. Is this information usually online, or do you need to know some info to get info? Tammy

I did call downtown

and they said that maybe the land commissioner has a list of what will go on sale, but is that list going to be too late, or still okay to catch for a pre foreclosure listing? Thanks for your help. Tammy

As far as I can see

the county land commissioner does not have a list of preforclosures, but only parcels that already went to auction.

Solved

I just typed in my county and state and the words public notices, and up they came. I also remembered that I now get a little magazine in the mail for my business that has these notices available, so I am still able to get the information. Just had to keep digging.

Title

If you have the addresses, I would suggest calling your title company. If you have a good relationship with your escrow officer, I'm sure they would be happy to help.
If you don't have a relationship with a title company, I would highly suggest you develop one quickly. They are an incredible asset to your investment career and they are always willing to do whatever it takes to help you.

Good luck,
Jim
