Interesting,owner/occupant issues

We as investors don't have to deal with owner regrets. We offer a finished product based on the property we purchased. Whatever remorse the buyer has after purchase is their problem. I won't pass on doing a flip on a small house because my owner/occupant buyer may find it too small after they move in.
