Also, we have a software program that is called Prop-Trend that has the County Recorders information on it and you can find out what is owed on your own fairly quickly. If you have interest in this software you can talk to a Business Consultant at PMI. call 1-888-251-1116 and ask for Hodge @ ex. 3334

Okay, I am needing some help on birddogging a property to an investor in my area. I found a vacant building that has an auto shop behind the property that is currently in business. I spoke with the owner who gave me a number she would consider for sale. She is currently trying to lease the front building. My question is how do I find the value on this property as the investor's website wants certain info like FMV on residential properties? Any help on this would be much appreciated as I am a newbie trying to get my feet wet!!!
