Hi there folks! Any idea on how to find out how much money is owed on a property other than talking to the homeowner?
Knowing this ahead of time will allow me to develop the proper strategy for moving the property.

Also, we have a software program that is called Prop-Trend that has the County Recorders information on it and you can find out what is owed on your own fairly quickly. Okay, I am needing some help on birddogging a property to an investor in my area. I found a vacant building that has an auto shop behind the property that is currently in business. I spoke with the owner who gave me a number she would consider for sale. She is currently trying to lease the front building. My question is how do I find the value on this property as the investor's website wants certain info like FMV on residential properties? Any help on this would be much appreciated as I am a newbie trying to get my feet wet!!!
