OfflineI am having a hard time trying to find a website or any listing that would produce Pre Nods that people are 60 to 90 days behind? All list I get they are going to Sherriff sale like next week or 2. I am looking for a list that I can pull out some L/O out of and help these people before things get out of hand. Anybody that knows of were i can aquire a list, or who to contact would be much appreciated.

I would talk to a title company and ask if they have access to 30, 60, or 90 day lates. They may charge a fee for that information, but it would be the best way to find pre NODs.
