I'd like to check on land, but it doesn't have an actual address, so I'm wondering how I find out who the owner is and who, if there is any, the noteholder is.

Maybe go down to the tax assessor's office and look at a platt map and get a parcel number, then search the tax records by parcel number.
In my county we have a website and ..GIS. where we can to to look up the owner info along with alot of other info.I would suggest entering your county and state to find your COUNTY WEBSITE.then look into DEPARTMENTS then REAL PROPERTY. OR TAX ASSESOR THEN ..GIS??? THAT'S what it is in my county ...yours???? Try this.
I get. Owners name ..a birds eye view with gis map and last sale, taxes and more
