I would say start from the latest and work your way backwards. You want Deans newest books because they are for the current market.
I know this is an older post but I know there are alot of people out there asking the same question. Dean has a lot of great books. You will learn from ALL of them. If you are wondering where to start, I'd recommend that you start with his latest book "30 Days to Real Estate Cash". In this book, you have the nuts and bolts to getting a deal done quickly. The first deal is really important to establish belief and confidence! Stay connected on this website and ask questions along the way. Most importantly, get started and take action.
