OfflineHello fellow-Edge members and/or others using the Probate Finder Tool! (I couldn't find a forum under Dean's Tools/Courses for this one yet)
I am eagerly awaiting my copy of The Edge which may be a few more days, and I've been looking at the materials online including the Probate Tool.
Everything looks awesome, and I can't wait to get my copy at home!
As far as the Probate Finder ---I totally realize this is just a temporary way to get started immediately on properties as you get your marketing and website up to speed etc...and really get out there. I look forward to that!
But I have just been a little disappointed...I have run two reports so far. One for my area (Nashville)and one for other large areas of Tennessee, and there are no properties listed at all. Are you all having more luck in your areas of the country with use of the Probate Finder Tool?

i haven't been able to find any probates either. i think i'm gonna try to get a refund.....

Oh, just for the record...I do LOVE the Edge program and Probate program or not, the Edge was a complete bargain for the money.
Since they explore the core of finding probates and how and where, etc..., even if the automatic finder doesn't happen to work in my area, I thought the overall program was EXTREMELY informative, and I am still so excited to have it ---really felt like I was there through those 4 DVD's. I can't wait to attend next year!
I just thought I would write here to find out other's success with it...but don't get me wrong, I'm not down at all about the Edge or all the things I've learned!! It was really a bargain!
