I would suggest you put in place a chat room where logged on users can discuss any of their subjects.

I'd love to see a chat room or several depending on subject, like our contributions.

Dump - They can and call it a short sale I believe. I'm looking for multi million dollar properties that have several leins. I have a buyer that has $250,000,000 for these types of purchases.

Maria,

The only difference with a chat room is it would allow people to chat in real time, instead of having to post comments on the thread, which usually takes longer.

Has anyone worked on this idea?

It would be great for people to get together this way but I would need to have someone set it up that knows what their doing. Let me know if someone is going to do this.
