OfflineIve been wanting to make this post for the longest. First, I want to thank God for helping us getting throught the nasty winter ice freezing storm that hit Oklahoma over a week a go. It was devetaiting, but in spite of all that, I saw it as an opportunity. I dont want to take advantage of the situation but I got a feeling that many people might be selling their homes soon. It hit us real hard losing power for over a week. No internet and not heat. I was saving so I could join the Academy but had to used my funds for a Generator and a propane stove to heat my family. Today, we're getting the third snow fall in two weeks. But even not having electricity and not internet, thanks God that I got my Your town Your Real Estate Profits book that week. I used a flashlight to read the first chapters and it got me on fired and I could not put it down. I have spend the last two-three week just on the first four chapters because I've been following Greg Murphy's strategies for a while now, because my credit is on the craper and I am broke. I have posted my signs and placed three ads on the classifieds and the phone has not stop ringing. I have build my buyers/tenant list to atleast 25 with small down and couple of cash buyers. I also called the for rent ads and it was so easy. The landlord was astonished when I offer to buy his property that what it came out of his mouth was how much will I pay. I have an appointment to see couple houses which I have buyers/renters lined up with a down payment.
I also started my Call Center and are using the signs with my 800 number so I have my business on autopilot. Its a great feeling knowing that when the weather does not allows me to post signs on the roads, my business still running. Liked the local small classified paper that is reaching millions of people.
Now I have the confidence to start looking for deals because I have a healthy buyers list, liked Dean recommend us.
I also being getting encouragement from Dean's video calls, that is being amazing.
I just want to share with my Dean's family and maybe encourage some one.

Thats amazing Max.It goes to show that no rain, sleet, or blizzard could stop an investor with a goal. I'm also following Greg's strategies I haven't procced yet. Still got that fear on my shoulder that I been trying to shake loose. I'll be there with you guys. I'M GOING TO SUCCEED AS A REAL ESTATE INVESTOR.

You won't believe this, but I just got reading your story while I waited for my boy's basketball practice and what an amazing story. Thank you for your encouragement you and your partnert. There is no distance for realestate. I guess the name says it all. I'm sometimes can't go see houses or do business not having the gas for the car, but if your friend used her bycicle to see that property, I have not excuses. Again, thank you so much.
PS. I have a brother who lives in the Bronx, who is a great carpenter and handy person. He's practically homeless. One of my goals is to bring him here to Oklahoma. Maybe this meant to be. I will love to help him to get started on RealEstate, but I have to take one step at a time.
