Offlinehey guys im a newbie sorry if this is a dumb question but ive been going through the posts after seeing the infomercial the other night and before i buy im just wondering if this is about investing your own money into properties or being able to make money off other people's money on property....thanks in advance for any replies

The books on the infomercial will give you real life, practical ways to invest in real estate in a variety of ways; one of which is wholesaling, which requires little to no money out of pocket; many times NO money out of pocket. The technique is used successfully in all states, although there are different techniques that need to be used in some states and with some types of properties (REOs (bank owned) for example) and some states are more challenging than others. The books are a GREAT investment!
One book he does not have on his show which is PHENOMENAL is a way to be successful and keep from giving up. This business is not easy, and this book prepares you for the ups and downs. It is by far the most life changing book and will set you up to take all the information in the other books to the next level and more. I'm telling this to you now, because I waited over a year and a half to read this book and WISH I had read it much sooner! It is the book TOTALLY FULFILLED.
You can also get any of the books in audio format. I believe they only have MP3 which is what I got, so if you have an older CD player they don't play in the car. If I'm wrong, someone let me know and I'll be getting ahold of the CD versions as soon as I can.
