Have tried several different real estate programs with no enthusiasm afterwards. They were generic, hard to understand and really irritating. This program is easy to understand, has support, and gives you all the tools you need to make it in the real estate investment business!! I am 43 year old mother of 3 and grandmother of 4. Worked 60+ hours a week trying to support my kids when they were young. My current boyfriend of 7 years has faith in me and bought this book off the tv commercial. We are both looking forward to purchasing our first house, remodeling it and selling within the next year. We have set our goals on buying and selling at least 5 houses by the year 2011.
