Dear Sharon,
Welcome from another single mother who is very new to this site. I'd like to find someone to network with and just share progress with on a regular basis. Hope you weren't near the recent tornados.
I haven't done my first deal yet, but have 2 friends (other single mothers) who want to get into their own home but can't qualify right now and they are willing to do rent-to-own deals, so I'm trying to use that to set up these first two deals if I can find the right properties.
