Hi,
I finished Dean's book and now I don't know what to do, I live in Bridgeport,CT It has its ups and downs it is listed as a distressed area, there are great older homes an alot of for sale signs around town,I just dont have the resources to purchase anything at the moment, but I am working on it. One of the great things about Bridgeport is that it is 45mins to down town NY by metro-north and I think for that reason the town is trying to pick itself back up. So I guess, at this point my question/cry for help would be what should I do?

Such is the case for many because reading the book is only a piece of it. Which book by the way?
