Two Great Deals
Sorry I have not posted for awhile. So much crazy stuff in our lives as you all know too well. I am going to get better on the forum and staying part of my DG Fam I met in Scottsdale.
I have 2 great deals one in Ft. Worth TX, a duplex being auctioned off for incredible price starting @ 99,750 (FMV @ $134,900)one side and can buy both sides and collect cash from tenant who has been there 6 yrs! Next one is in Frasier area of Memphis, TN. Will steal this @ $33,000 (FMV $45,000+)already rehabbed, so probably for buy and hold or seller finance to lease option buyer!!
