Hi everyone
I've been in and out of really getting things going with real estate investing. I am super pumped then my fear little voices get in the way and I fall back to square one. The other day as I was driving to work I came across a few bandit signs that read "investor seeking student" I would like the opportunity to learn for an investor who is already in game doing deals and especially someone in my area. so I thought I can call call the sign and see what happens. But I wanted some advice before I call are there ways to make sure this person is legit? Any investors here who are already doing deals is this a way you would find people to train? Thank you all for your help!
