Investor needed
I am looking for an investor in Charlotte, NC. I have a renter who is looking to move back into a property that was lost due to a health matter. The renter has been in an apartment for over a year, the property has been foreclosed and rehabbed. Owner is now attempting to sell property for 70k(properties in the area are appraised at over 100k) Zillow lists the same property for 134k. Any assistance or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
