Hello Everyone!

I'm new on this site as well as new to the real estate investment world. Currently trying to get my 1st deal under my belt. Counter-offering w/the Bank on an REO here in St. Louis, MO. We are close to getting a contract. But using transitional funding and can't seem to find an end-buyer. Did some online advertising and word of mouth, but nothing really came out of that. Found a few cash buyers, but no one is biting. Really need an owner/occupant to buy from me and my profit would be great. What should I do? The bank is allowing me 14 days after we sign the contract to come up w/the $1,000 earnest money. Need the end buyer to pay that but no end buyer in site yet. What should I do? Any suggestions?
