I purchased your book on line some weeks ago, ended up in the hospital and now i am well.

I would like to know what i need to do to be able to send properities to you that i get under contract, if i can not financially purcahse them myself?

Secondly after reading your book "30 Days to Real Estate Cash." It says on page 23 to go and look at the video The Blueprint #1. I can not find that video in your group of videos. I called the support team and they could not locate it either. How can i get access to it?

I am looking for someone who is working this program in the Oaklnd, San Leadro, Hayward California area and is looking for a partner or someone to work with.
