Hello, I've been in real estate since the mid seventies and have always loved investing and flipping. I've done dozens of flips over the years. I crashed when the market crashed, underwater on too many properties. I want to get back into the game. I'm looking for investors or Investor groups to refocus my energies. I'm a broker, certified instructor and will be a certified home inpector in a few weeks but my first love is buying subject to, etc. I'd love to meet people with the same desires. Thanks!

Loving the shore here. I enjoy boating, my Harleys, fishing, anything outdoors. Real Estate has always been my first love.

Hello, I own two side by side row homes in Camden, NJ. I owe about $41k on each one at 13.25% interest and I'm hoping to find someone with better rates. LTV is about 60%. No cash out , just a better rate would be great. Thanks

Hello, I just signed up today. I'm from the southern NJ area. I've bought and sold dozens of pre foreclosures over the years but I crashed with the market.
