I recently spoke to a Mortgage Broker who stated all banks are requiring 20% down for investment properties. Any loopholes out there or ideas on getting around putting 20% down on an investment property?

I just read your post in our group here and I am looking at a couple properties which are condo's that are pretty near to ASU. I am willing to pay a finders fee for your hard work. I am looking at 2bed 2bath condo properties around there right now. Let me know if you do and we can iron out the rest of the details.
