I just purchased Be A Real Estate Millionaire last weekend, read it, and I am pumped up and excited to start investing in real estate. I am currently trying to get my wife to buy into it as well. This is a bit of a challenge, but I think I can real her in. I am in the same situation as a lot of people who have bad credit, no credit, and very little money to float. I look forward to working with this community to learn as much as I can and share what I learn with others.
