I'm green to the realestate game. I know very little about it. I bought Dean's book about 3 months ago and put it away thinking it to be another way of getting my money. I looked at his infommercial again and decided to read his book. Upon reading I think this just might work and have been encouraged through the others who post their commemts online. I want to do this because I've been on the other side of forclosure and would like to find a home for myself and also help others not go through what I've been through. But I think I may need someone to give me a nudge or too. Being over 50 change don't come easy anymore.
